2 tier Wedding Cake adds $10 pp
Events require a minimum of 20 nights lodging at Island Cottage (nights must
surround your event)
Rooms are in addition to the cost of Event
Group Room Discount (15%) applies ONLY if Reserved by 1 person/ by
Certified Check/ Paid in full
$200 fee to view our property & discuss your event (deducted if your event
is booked here)
50% of "Event" payable upon reserving your event Balance due 21 days prior to your event
