PAYMENT TERMS:
$200 to view property - deducted from your event total when booked.
This
money also holds your reservation date for 1 week at which time
1st payment is due.
100% due if reserved within 4 months of your
expected event date
50% of all wedding related items & Lodging is due if reserved more than 4
months from expected event date.
Balance is due 2 months before expected event date
All payments once received are non-refundable
We accept
Personal checks up to 2 months prior to your event. Cash or certified check

Time of Elopement Ceremonies on the beach are set by the Innkeeper based on
"Low to Mid (outgoing)" Tide w/ receptions Immediately following ceremony.
Check-in
is the day before actual event.
We
try to schedule Beach Ceremonies between 1 and 5 pm to maximize the sunlight for your
photos. We are open for your suggestions and desires.
