   Payment Terms:
  50% due by check or money order within 72 hours of making your reservation & setting your date - non-refundable under any circumstance.
  Your balance is due via check or postal money order only 2 weeks prior to your expected event date- Non-Refundable

  A $500 "Credit Card Hold" is placed on your card to cover *additional persons in attendance.
 
*Elopement Couples may have up to 6 persons in attendance during the ceremony at no additional charge. Bride and groom accepts our charging a fee of
  $100 per person for each additional person over 4 persons who attend the ceremony without being a guest of the Inn for 2 nights minimum each.
 
  In all cases, guests not staying at the Inn may arrive no more than 1/2 hour before ceremony & must depart immediately following the conclusion of your event.
  Your event date once reserved is set in stone. No changes or reschedules are permitted and no refunds are given.

 Beach & Garden ceremonies are weather sensitive and may be moved to our Covered Pavilion at Innkeeper's discretion. heck-In is the day before your Event 
 Time of Ceremony on the beach is set by the Innkeeper based on "Mid" (outgoing) or "Low" Tide.

RECEPTION DINNER
 16 persons MAXIMUM - Ideal for Wedding Receptions, Special Anniversary or Birthday Dinners and Special Event Parties:
Your RECEPTION begins with Light appetizers and Iced Tea (while Bride & Groom are having their photos taken)
Once everyone is seated, your reception dinner includes a FULL 6 Course Plated and Served Meal Including:
    Sparkling Brut or Sweet Sparkling Asti Toast,
    Wine & Iced Tea with dinner (based on 2 glasses per person – you select 3 varieties - Chard, Zin, Merlot, Cab, Pinot) 
    1- Appetizer Course (Choose One - Shrimp Cocktail or Melon Wedge)
    2- Soup Course (Choose One - Italian Wedding Soup or Lobster Bisque)
    3- Salad Course (Choose One - Tropical Salad or Garden Salad)
    4- Sorbet to cleanse the palette
    5- Main Entrée (Fillet Mignon Medallions or Salmon Picatta) Guests must make their selection In Advance
    6- 2 tier wedding cake, Hot Coffee, Hot Tea
Top Tier is yours to keep frozen for your 1st Anniversary (or for you in your room)

PRICING
1st we start with your wedding “Elopement” package which includes your room for 2 nights, your ceremony & your officiating.
 $1995 + tax = $2,215 
 
Then we add on the cost of your 5 additional rooms (Required for reception dinners of 8 or more persons):
 $200 per night DISCOUNTED FLAT RATE for two nights each in the "Tobago", "St. Martin", "Barbados", "Bahamas" and "St. Croix" rooms.
 $2,000 + tax = $2,220 
  Our Larger "Villa" Units may also be available during your event.    "Grenadines" unit can be added at $250 per night.    "Cayman Is." unit can be added at $299 per night

  Then we add the cost of your reception dinner

     $275 per person Including Tax and Service Gratuity - For 8 to 16 persons Maximum

Payment Terms:
 In all cases, 1/3 due by personal check or money order when you make your reservation in person (or w/in 72 hours if reserving by phone) - non refundable under any circumstance
  Balance due via certified bank check or postal money order only 2 weeks prior to your expected event date -  non refundable under any circumstance

Postponement:
If within 4 days of your event date our county is under a hurricane watch or warning for the date you have reserved, your event will be postponed to a non-holiday week date within 2 months
of your original reservation date.
   Postponement after the two months is subject to a fee of $1,000 for postponements that are 2 to 6 months from original date.
Postponements after 6 months of original date are not accepted

Please Note:
Most couples are comfortable reserving their event dinner without needing to see our lovely property. 
For those who wish view  our grounds & speak with our Events Coordinator, we do charge a $200 non- refundable fee for this appointment.
This fee is applied to your Balance Due provided you make your reservation at the time of this appointment.
